Bobby Steele is in his tenth construction season with E & B Paving, LLC. He started there as an intern and is now a project manager for a major design build project in Central Indiana.
He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in construction management technology at Purdue University, where he did a double minor in organizational leadership and supervision and construction surveying and engineering.
Beyond his professional career, Steele enjoys maintaining a garden, cooking for his family, enjoying the outdoors and vacationing with friends. He lives in Pendleton with his wife and two daughters.
