Meet, Sidney Burns, ICLI Class of 2025 🚧
Sidney Burns is a second-generation road construction professional. She follows her father, who dedicated 40 years to our industry. Burns earned a bachelor’s degree in health and human performance from the University of Louisville and a master’s degree from Spalding University.
She started working for CE Hughes Milling part time in 2018, started full time in 2022 and is currently a contracts manager. She oversees contracts from execution to closeout and handles other administrative tasks. She is an integral part of the team and is dedicated to continuous improvement.
