Devin Lucas is an estimator at Mid-America Milling Co., LLC with more than a decade of experience in construction. He started his career in the field as a water truck driver and later worked as a milling operator and foreman, where he was a member of IUOE Local 103.
He later moved into equipment and shop support before transitioning into estimating, bringing hands-on field experience to project planning and operations. Lucas is the father of four boys and enjoys golfing, family movie nights and spending time together on family vacations.
