The rain held off just long enough to begin LDC’s Quarry and Plant Tour on April 21. Our young leaders group toured the Martin Marietta Aggregates quarry, Milestone Contractors, L.P. asphalt plant and Irving Materials, Inc. concrete plant to learn about materials production and how it affects road builders.
