What is LDC?
ICI’s Leadership Development Committee (LDC) helps cultivate and enhance the leadership capabilities of young professionals in the Indiana construction industry. We’re the driving force in developing tomorrow’s leaders.
Here’s how we’re set up.
What does LDC Do?
LDC offers a variety of learning and networking experiences. Here’s what we’re planning for 2017:
February 21 – Road Funding Day at the Indiana Statehouse
March 16 – Speedway Indoor Karting, 1911 Grill @ 1067 Main St.
April 20 – Tour/Networking
May 19 – LDC Fast Friday at the Track
June 2 – LDC-Hosted Golf Outing
July 20 INDOT 101 – Morning Program
August 17 – Panel Discussion
September 21 – Servant Leadership Day of Service
October 19 – Tour around Purdue Campus
December 1 – ICI Holiday Networking & Fantasy Casino Night

How to become an LDC Member
A member company must appoint individuals to serve on LDC. Ask a senior manager of your company to appoint you. Fill out a committee involvement form, and we’ll get you set up.
