What is LDC?
ICI’s Leadership Development Committee (LDC) helps cultivate and enhance the leadership capabilities of young professionals in the Indiana construction industry. We’re the driving force in developing tomorrow’s leaders.
Here’s how we’re set up.
What does LDC Do?
LDC offers a variety of learning and networking experiences. Here’s what we’re planning for 2018:

April 19 – Facility Tour/Networking*
May 18 – Fast Friday at the Track
June 1 – LDC-Hosted Golf Outing
July 26-28 – Weekend Retreat

How to become an LDC Member
A member company must appoint individuals to serve on LDC. Ask a senior manager of your company to appoint you. Fill out a committee involvement form, and we’ll get you set up.
