National Environmental Policy Act Refresher (WebEx)

Date: January 17, 2018, 1:00pm-3:00pm (Eastern)

Participants in this class will receive updated information covering environmental considerations required under the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) of 1969. The NEPA Refresher is required every two years to retain NEPA certification for environmental work for INDOT projects. The NEPA Refresher is presented as a webinar. There is no cost for this training. Seat limit is set at 125.

Implementing Planned Percent Complete Webinar

On Tuesday, May 24 from 2:00 to 3:00 p.m. (EDT), AGC will present the webinar, “Implementing Planned Percent Complete in Your Organization or Project Team. A team from the Linbeck Group will cover the implementation of PPCs and how they can help organizations increase success in completing commitments (either within the organization or on a project team). PPCs can be used to track and measure handoffs between predecessor and successor relationships and can be applied to ANY task that has a deliverable. This webinar will also discuss how PPCs can help to identify trends in commitment failures and how to overcome them more efficiently to help mitigate variation. Learn more about the webinar here.
