Design Memo 16-26 Technical Advisory, Underdrain Outlet Protector, describes changes to the underdrain outlet pipe configuration and outlet protectors. The referenced RSP and RPD are effective for July lettings. For affected contracts whose RFC date has passed, the RSP and RPD have been added to the CIB based on the inclusion of a 718 pay item.
