For Sidney Burns, that journey has led her to a career as a Contracts Manager at CE Hughes Milling, Inc., where she’s built experience, leadership and a perspective she’s excited to share with the next generation.
We recently sat down with Sidney at the Indiana Constructors, Inc. office in Indianapolis to hear more about her career, what working for a women-owned company means to her, and the advice she has for those considering their own future in civil construction. 🚧

Erin Saricos is an estimator for Dunnet Bay Construction Co. and brings experience in both field operations and project planning to her preconstruction role. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering from Purdue University in 2018.
Saricos began her career with Dunnet Bay as an intern and later worked as a field engineer and superintendent before moving into estimating. She lives in Crown Point with her husband and son and enjoys gardening, camping and riding dirt bikes with her family.
