Here’s a printable one-pager, but you’ll need to either register through the site or call cmcglobal’s Mitzi Rodman at (317) 635-4755 to register for the conference and make your hotel reservations. ICIC has arranged for each hotel reservation to be exempt from the 16% valued added tax (a $300-$400 saving for you), so you’ll want to book your hotel through cmcglobal, not directly.
