From dedicated industry programs like Work IN Roads to the Indiana Constructors Leadership Institute leadership training course, workforce development efforts on behalf of our members are a cornerstone of our association.
Work IN Roads, Inc. Foundation
In 2024, ICI incorporated Work IN Roads, Inc. to function as an educational foundation for our workforce development efforts. Funds from the foundation go to Hoosier schools, students and programs that support civil construction training. From student safety gear to equipment simulators, foundation funds are helping to skill up the next generation of highway, heavy and utility construction workers.
