Membership Types

Contractor

Contractors are construction firms owned and operated by individuals, partnerships, corporations, joint ventures or other organizations capable of undertaking work as a prime contractor. They are typically engaged bidding projects through the Indiana Department of Transportation or local units of government, in addition to private clients. First year dues $1500

Subcontractor

Subcontractors are individuals, partnerships, corporations or other organizations in the business of subcontracting labor and/or materials on a jobsite for public improvement projects. First year dues $1010

Associate

Associates are individuals, partnerships, corporations or other organizations engaged in the manufacture or sale of materials, equipment and/or services construction contractors and subcontractors use. Associate members typically employ personnel directly connected with the construction-industry sectors of their own industries such as equipment dealers, insurance companies, accounting firms, materials suppliers or law firms. First year dues $1310

Certified INDOT DBEs

To support and cultivate Disabled Business Enterprise (DBE) members, ICI offers a special plan to those who are certified by the Indiana Department of Transportation. This program offers the following incentives:

  • 50% off first-year, new member dues.
  • 25% off the second year within this program.
  • Full dues the third year.

Our online application form will not work for the DBE incentive. Please download and complete an application, then call our Finance Director at (317) 634-7547 for an adjusted invoice to pay by check.
