Since its formation in 1924, Indiana Constructors, Inc. has been a trusted leader at the Indiana Statehouse and on Capitol Hill. Sharing the unified voice of Indiana’s transportation and utility construction industry, our staff and professional lobbyists analyze policy impacts, create industry positions and advocate for you and your business.

Key to this mission is the Build Indiana Council (BIC) and its political action committee BIC PAC. With a laser-sharp focus on dedicated, sustainable and transformative funding, BIC works with state and federal decision makers to deliver Indiana’s system of roads and bridges for the benefit of all Hoosiers.

ICI and BIC keep members informed with regular newsletters and special bulletins. When the Indiana General Assembly convenes, we may ask members to participate in the legislative process by contacting elected officials. Each year, a group visits Washington, D.C. to share our perspectives with Indiana’s Congressional delegation.
