Event Description

ABOUT THE PROGRAM

Join us for our incredible golf outing – where you can connect with old friends, make new business contacts and spend a fun-filled day at beautiful Pebble Brook Golf Club. AND help us to raise funds to support our rapidly growing list of Work IN Roads, Inc. foundation’s Civil Construction Pathyway schools.

OUTING SCHEDULE

• 9:00 a.m. – Golf carts open for check in.
• 10:00 a.m. – Shotgun start
• Awards immediately follow golf.

REGISTRATION INFO

• We do not accept walk-in registrations for additional players – feel free to substitute players within foursomes as needed.
• Purchase skins or raffle chances online when you register. Instead of the 50/50 game we’ve played in the past, we’re offering a raffle drawing. 50% of the proceeds will benefit the Work IN Roads Foundation, 50% go to a team drawn during the awards ceremony.
• You will need to designate a team captain and provide their mobile number to be used in emergency situations only. We will email important team/cart info to team captains prior to the outing. Please make sure to whitelist the domain @indianaconstructors.org in your email program, so your team and cart information doesn’t get caught in SPAM filters or your Junk Mail folder.

SPONSORSHIPS

All sponsorships receive logo recognition in digital promotions (website, email, in-cart GPS), social media (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Instagram) and on-site print materials (program, signage). Check out the old and new opportunities to get in front of one of the largest summertime gatherings of Hoosier road builders. One sponsorship per company. Registration deadline is Friday, July 4.
