Event Description

ICI is training the next generation of civil construction educators to lead the Work IN Roads Civil Construction Pathway during this week-long session in June. This year's cohort will learn the basics of road construction from the ground up, literally. They'll be visiting mines, learning survey skills on the Statehouse lawn, touring asphalt and concrete plants and so much more.

You've asked how you can help, and here's the answer.

• Teacher Sponsors ($2500 – 7 available) – Host a teacher for the week, including a $1000 week-long stipend, hotel and transportation fees. We know teachers don't get the support and recognition they deserve, and we want to show this cohort that they are incredibly valued members of our industry. By providing a hotel room and transportation, we can maximize the amount of learning time on site visits. Share your preferred local school district in the registration form, and we'll work to connect teachers from that area with our sponsors to help forge a lasting connection.
   
• Indianapolis Indians Game ($500 – unlimited) – We're hosting a picnic on the Yuengling Terrace for the Indianapolis Indians game on Thursday, June 6. The event will be open to all ICI members and will give everyone an opportunity to meet our educator cohort and enjoy a fun night at Victory Field. Sponsors receive two complimentary game tickets.

Sponsors will receive recognition in all digital (website/email) and social media (Facebook/Twitter/LinkedIn/Instagram) promotions and on-site print materials (signage/table decor) AND the immediate connection with educators (AND eventually their students) who are going to look to you for future site visits and interaction with experts in the field. With this one simple sponsorship, you are building life-long customer opportunities.

The deadline for sponsors to be included in print materials is Monday, May 12.
