CELEBRATE THE SEASON

It’s the hottest party in town and a great way to kick off your holiday season. Whether you’re in town for the 2025 ICI Membership Meeting, or just here for the party, you and a guest can connect with your industry colleagues in a festive holiday atmosphere. Enjoy hors d’oeuvres and beverages, learn casino games and earn fantasy bucks at the blackjack, craps or roulette tables, or try your hand at Texas Hold ’em. Throughout the evening, cash in your chips for tickets for our fabulous prize drawings.

• 6:00 p.m. – Registration Opens
• 6:30 p.m. – Networking
• 7:00 p.m. – Fantasy Casino Games Begin
• 8:00 p.m. – First Prize Drawing
• 9:00 p.m. – Second Prize Drawing
• 10:00 p.m. – Gaming Ends/Final Prize Drawing

PARKING

There is plenty of parking throughout the downtown area adjacent to the Crowne Plaza Indianapolis Downtown Union Station.

HOTEL

There is a block of hotel rooms available at the Crowne Plaza for Friday night. You can explore the options and book here. Use the group code QEQ for ICI room block pricing. The deadline for hotel registrations for the ICI Holiday Party rate is Tuesday, Nov. 4.

SPONSORS

Event sponsors will receive recognition in all digital (website/email) and social media (Facebook/Twitter/LinkedIn/Instagram) promotions and on-site print materials (signage/table decor). Deadline for inclusion in on-site print materials is Monday, Nov. 10.

One of the most exciting and appreciated parts of the holiday party are the PRIZES. Now, you can purchase prize/gift card sponsorships, and we’ll take care of everything. If you would prefer to donate prize items, let us know on the registration form. Simply choose a “Prize Donation” ticket, and leave a note in the Additional Information text box. We’ll be in touch!
