ABOUT THE PROGRAM

The 2025 ICI Membership Meeting is a journey. And all our roads lead to success – for you and your crew. Please plan to join us for our annual meeting that celebrates another year of outstanding advocacy, fellowship, educational programming, and industry service.

SCHEDULE

• 9:00 to 10:00 AM – REGISTRATION/NETWORKING
  • Check in, grab a cup of coffee and visit with friends and colleagues.
• 10:00 to 10:30 AM – WELCOME/ASSOCIATION BUSINESS
  • Receive a brief association report.
• 10:30 to 11:45 AM – KEYNOTE ADDRESS
• 12:00 to 1:00 PM – NETWORKING LUNCH
• 1:00 to 1:15 PM – TECH TALK
  • Engage in a recap of the biggest issues and solutions to come out of the ICI/INDOT Joint Cooperative Committee in 2025.
• 1:15 to 2:00 PM – WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT
  • Celebrate an incredible year for industry workforce development. We’ll use this time to recognize the graduates of the ICLI Class of 2025 and announce the Class of 2026. Then, learn about our efforts surrounding Work IN Roads and help us pay tribute to the true workforce development heroes, our educator cohort.
• 2:00 to 2:15 PM – BREAK
• 2:15 to 3:00 PM – SAFETY PROGRAM AWARDS
  • Recognize excellence in safety programming with the 2025 ICI Safety Program Awards.
• 3:00 to 3:15 PM – CLOSING
  • Take a look forward to our 2026 and witness the ceremonial passing of the gavel from 2025 Chair Jason Dapp (Gradex, Inc.) to our 2026 Chair Gene Lindley (James H. Drew Corporation).
• 6:00 PM ICI HOLIDAY PARTY
  • Ring in the holiday season at the ICI Holiday Party. While it’s not an actual Membership Meeting agenda item, our Holiday Party is loads of fun, and we encourage you to stay for the evening’s festivities.

PARKING

There is plenty of parking throughout the downtown area adjacent to the Crowne Plaza Indianapolis Downtown Union Station.

REGISTRATION

Registration fees for ICI’s 2025 Membership Meeting remain the same low price as 2023 – $50. Due to space constraints, the 2025 ICI Membership Meeting will be limited to the first 200 participants. You’ll need to log in to your member profile to register. Contact ICI or call (317) 634-7547 if you need help logging in.

The registration deadline for the 2025 ICI Membership Meeting is Monday, Nov. 24. There will be no refunds after, Monday, Nov. 24, but we’ll accept substitutions until close of business on Wednesday, Dec. 3.

HOTEL

There is a limited block of hotel rooms available at the Crowne Plaza for Thursday night. You can explore the options and book here. Use the group code QEQ for ICI room block pricing. The deadline for hotel registrations for the Membership Meeting rate is Tuesday, Nov. 4.

SPONSORSHIPS

ICI sponsors receive recognition in all digital (website/email) and social media (Facebook/Twitter/LinkedIn/Instagram) promotions and on-site digital and print materials (programs/signage/table decor/AV slides). The deadline for inclusion in on-site print materials is Friday, Nov. 7.

• Gold Sponsors ($1,000 – Five available) – Gold Sponsors receive exclusive recognition at lunch along with two (2) complimentary meeting registrations in addition to standard sponsor recognition.
• Silver Sponsors ($500 – 10 available) – Silver Sponsors receive one (1) complimentary meeting registration in addition to standard sponsor recognition.
